Warriors fans heading to Tuesday’s parade to celebrate the reigning back-to-back champions could face gridlock traffic and packed BART trains, but they won’t have to worry about one thing: bad weather. As an anticipated one million people head into Oakland for Golden State’s third NBA championship in four years, sunny skies will heat up the entire Bay Area in what is expected to be one of the warmest days of the year, forecasters said. “It’s definitely going to be a noticeable warm-up, (but) it’s not anything completely out of the ordinary,” said Roger Gass, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. In Oakland, temperatures will reach into the upper 70s, he said.
