'We're now an island': Sheriff's deputies stuck as water rises in Guerneville

As flooding from the Russian River swamps parts of Guerneville, sheriff's deputies are stuck on an island made up of a few blocks of the town's downtown, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office.
